As an Angular Team Lead you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular framework. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the team, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding software solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with clients, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Angular applications that align with best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in planning and prioritization of development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Angular development.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a track record of successfully leading development teams.
• Strong proficiency in Angular framework, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with frontend build tools, such as Webpack or Angular CLI.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide the team in technical decision-making.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
