We are seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 6+ Months
Location: Adajan (Surat) and Bhatar (Surat)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree Or Masters Degree

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Department to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Make recommendations to HR Department on candidate selection and prepare offer letters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

  • Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Preferable excellent Hindi language)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, HR managers, and external parties.
