Coables is an interface designed for “The Blessed Ones,” a school for specially-abled kids based in Pune, which operates across four branches. Founded by Amitej Priyadarshi, the school aims to make education accessible to every child.

The doctors, therapists and special educators at The Blessed Ones aim to build a future where kids with special needs can be independent while feeling Safe, Secured and Included.

Amitej recognized the unique challenges faced by specially-abled children and their families, and was commited to make a difference. His goal was to create a platform that would transcend geographical boundaries, ensuring that every child, regardless of their location, could access the specialized education and support they deserve.

This project was not just about building a digital platform; it was about empowering families, providing hope, and creating opportunities for a brighter future for every child associated with The Blessed Ones.

At WebOsmotic, we knew that the app had to imbibe the culture of The Blessed Ones and bring Amitej’s heartfelt vision to life.

To achieve this, we closely collaborated with the stakeholders to ensure the app met all its intended purposes and was user-friendly for parents. With countless calls and the unwavering support of Amitej’s team, we successfully built both the mobile and web apps from scratch within five months.

Communication The app enables enrolled parents of children to communicate effortlessly.
Connectivity Parents can connect with therapists and seek opinions regarding their child’s development and progress.
Digital Sessions The app allows parents to schedule home-based digital sessions for children who cannot travel to the school, ensuring continuous learning and support.
Information and Documentation All necessary information, documents, and notifications are easily accessible through the app, making it convenient for parents to stay updated.
Digital Session Notes The feature where parents can receive digital notes of the sessions, allows them to review and track their child’s progress comprehensively.

The launch of the “Coables” on July 30th, 2024, was met with an overwhelming positive response. Parents expressed their gratitude for the increased accessibility to therapists.

The app proved to be an easy-to-use, interactive platform for children, parents, and educators, significantly improving communication and support. The successful implementation of Coables has ensured that Amitej’s vision of extending the school’s reach and providing specialized education to every child is now a reality.
