Project Summary

Our journey into React Native mobile app development commenced with this specific project. We began by requesting a demo task from the client. Upon showcasing impressive outcomes and receiving constructive feedback, further, the client entrusted us with the entire project. Centered around wellness, the project focuses on diet, virtual exercise, and motivating users through personalized challenges aligned with their Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Users could share their progress within the app, both privately and publicly within their community, fostering motivation and a sense of engagement.

Design an optimized data structure to manage thousands simultaneously with many interrelated Firebase Firestore collections.
Give users points by tracking their daily activities and showing them the leaderboard.
Integrate Egypt’s local payment provider gateway (Accept payments) which had no mobile SDK and less documentation available for integration.
Accomplished project within a short time frame due to early product launch.
Manage the live video stream of the fitness/diet coach and post it as a video later.

The client wants us to create a wellness mobile app with lots of functionalities for their fitness and fun activities to attract users and keep them engaged.

Front end: Admin/Nutritionist/Fitness coach can add recipes, and exercise as per their needs, and assign them according to the user’s BMR.
Back end: Design & Architect the entire backend.
Mobile App: Developed the mobile application using React Native, where users can perform tasks assigned, post images, do workouts, and eat recipes.
Analytics: Understanding user activities and their interests.
