We are looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will showcase a robust portfolio highlighting their prowess in crafting visually striking and impactful websites. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Location: Adajan (Surat) and Bhatar (Surat)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and incorporate them into the design process.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design and deliver user flows, user journeys, and compelling visual designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs throughout the development process.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, illustrator or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions based on user-centric principles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with animation and motion graphics, tool such as Maya & blender.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React & Angular).
  • Familiarity with design handoff tools and processes.
  • Experience with user research methodologies.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
