Responsiveness under change: superseded requests are cancelled, so the latest user action always wins. This keeps a portfolio of thousands behaving like a small one.
A foundation that grows by addition: everything that varies by customer sits behind runtime settings, so new capabilities arrive as additions to the same modules.

Teams keep strategy current: the people closest to the work update their own progress, and that update flows up from initiative to portfolio to report.

A platform like this has to last for years, and this project shows the choices that make that possible. A server-owned roll-up keeps progress honest. Inline editing keeps the data fresh. Runtime settings let each customer shape the product without touching the core, which means a new requirement from one customer never forks the code every other customer depends on. The foundation needed no rewrite. Enterprises in Germany and beyond can use this as a reference for custom Angular development on complex frontends, next to our wider SaaS product work.
