Recruitment Smart set out to solve a critical challenge: interviewers were wasting time and focus constantly switching between Microsoft Teams and their internal platform during interview calls. This disruption led to missed details, lower engagement, and inefficient processes.

They wanted a solution that would simplify scheduling, enhance real-time decision-making, provide structured interview support, and above all, eliminate the need to toggle between multiple tools and windows.

To bring this to life, WebOsmotic built a custom AI-powered MS Teams plugin that made every step of the interview process smarter and smoother.

1. Platform Integration with MS Teams
Recruitment Smart’s platform was deeply integrated into Microsoft Teams, so interviewers can now access all their documents, apps, and notes during the call—without toggling between screens. This created a unified, distraction-free interview environment.

The plugin works with Office 365 calendars to schedule and reschedule interviews, with reminders so no one misses a thing.

After the call, the AI creates a clear summary: candidate strengths, fit score, areas of concern—so hiring decisions are faster and more confident.
