Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Professional with 3+ years of proven experience in sales and client management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to travel and explore markets, and a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Role and Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through online platforms, client meetings, and networking activities.
  • Handle end-to-end client communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel extensively to explore potential markets, attend client meetings, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements/contracts with clients for long-term business growth.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and insights to management for strategy building.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in IT/software sales or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/sales automation tools.
  • Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, networking events, or referrals.
  • Multilingual skills for dealing with diverse clients.
  • Existing client base or network in the relevant industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
