This mobile app is for a hair treatment and transplant clinic, designed to streamline their operations by managing leads, consultations, treatments, surgeries, payments, and reminders in one centralized system. The app enables staff to track patient interactions, record treatment details, record payments, and track reminders, ensuring seamless workflow and improved efficiency. This all-in-one solution helps the clinic maintain organized records, improve patient care, and drive business growth effortlessly.

The APIs used in this project came directly from the ERP system, so managing the authentication flow according to the ERP was a challenge since it did not use token-based authentication.
The ERP data format was different from standard server data formats, so we had to create a middleware service to map the data into a generalized form.
We interacted with native modules to retrieve user call logs and created a service to sync that data at intervals with the backend server.
Designing a user-friendly flow and UI was a key challenge.
