We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, create engaging content, and monitor performance to optimize social media impact.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and social media metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, schedule, and post content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain an active social presence.
  • Monitor social media performance and analyze data to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and provide insights for innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns.
  • Use tools to track website traffic and conversion rates from social media.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Must have proficiency in Canva for creating graphics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize social media performance.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
